RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We offer best quality Service which you will love surely, but in an unlikely event if you have received a Service which is not in good i.e. the Service delivered to you is different from what has been advertiesd – you can certainly return it.

 

The exchange is acceptable with the same or different Service , in case the value of the new Service is more than that of exchanged Service then the customer has to pay the difference in the amount.

 

Return policy is not applicable on discounted products.

 

Our teams work hard to deliver you a Service of elevated design and quality in a timely manner. However, in case you receive a Service from us that is damaged or defective, or if the Service delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may request a return, replacement or an exchange.

 

For all returns, replacements or exchanges, the Service must be unused, unwashed and in sellable condition. It must be in its original packaging with all its original tags and labels intact. All returns, replacements or exchanges must be made within 7 days of the product’s actual date of delivery.

 

If a Service return is requested, a refund is processed 2-3 business days after the reception of the product. Discounted products can not be returned.

 

In the unlikely event that you request a replacement and we do not have a replacement in stock, a refund will be processed.

 

A Service may be exchanged for another service of inferior or equal value without any additional charges. If the requested service is of superior value, the customer must pay the amount difference before the exchange is processed.

 

Process

The customer can call us at our customer care or email us [email protected] – within 2 days after receiving the product. The details of Order no. & reason for return should be shared with customer support executive. In case you feel the service is not meeting your expectations or has any kind of defect, You may also need to attach the product picture with a small note.

Refund – Terms & Conditions

Refund will be initiated only if the service is no more in stock with us or the service has manufacturing defect which will be checked by She   quality team.

The refund process will initiate within 2 working days of receiving the request at our Office

Refunds will be credited back to customer account, within 7-10 days of initiation of refund which is dependent on the mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hrs of placing the order, complete amount will be refunded. The partial cancellation of order is also allowed.

The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT.
